What “instant” means here
Instant chicory powder is typically produced from concentrated liquid extract and spray-dried for reconstitution. It is not the same as milled roasted powder, which may disperse differently in cold or automated systems.

When to choose extract instead
If your line is wet-process RTD, liquid extract may be simpler than dissolving powder. Ask us to quote both if you are still choosing.
