Step 1 — Inquiry

Share product, quantity, destination, and Incoterms. We confirm grade options and whether a courier sample is useful before production.

Step 2 — Spec lock

Approve sample or written specification: cube size or mesh, roast, moisture band, packing. This becomes the commercial description on the proforma.

Step 3 — Production and export

After agreement and payment terms are clear, we pack, document, and move cargo toward your nominated lane.
